Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, some items may require a little extra time and love. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via USPS and UPS.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in the Hamilton, NJ area. Please contact us to arrange.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our body care products, all sales are final on opened or used items. We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@grownveganapothecary.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will make it right.

Unopened Items

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any items back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Class & Workshop Tickets

Class tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
